Fees

West Coast Resolution Group charges a flat rate for all mediations.  For half-day, the flat rate includes preparation time and up to 4 hours at the mediation.  For full day, the flat rate includes preparation time and up to 8 hours at the mediation.  Each party pays one-half of the fees.

Quote

The rate varies depending on the number of parties, the type of case, and whether travel is required.  Rate quotes are immediately available by emailing jlb@wcmediators.com or ngk@wcmediators.com.

Deposit

Fees must be received upon confirmation in order to hold the mediation date.  Fees will be refunded if the mediation is canceled and written notice is received 14 days in advance of the date.
