Nichola G. Krebsbach (“Nickie”), along with Jordan L. Brown, formed West Coast Resolution Group after working with multiple premier boutique law firms in California.  As an attorney, Nickie understands how emotionally and financially devastating litigation (settling a dispute in a court of law) can be for disputing parties, and wanted to provide a path to resolution outside of the judicial system.  Together, Nickie and Jordan were classically trained in the art of mediation by the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution at Pepperdine University Caruso School of Law, one of the world’s leading programs in the field of dispute resolution. 

Nickie is a principal in Krebsbach Law, APC and when not acting as a neutral third party in mediation sessions, practices estate planning, estate administration, probate and special education law.  Nickie brings a superior academic record and outstanding legal credentials, as well as a wealth of experience as a business owner, financial broker, wife and mother.  Nickie has over ten years’ experience in private sector business prior to attending law school. 

Nickie studied Managerial Economics at the University of California at Davis and is a student of Harvard Business School.  Nickie is admitted to practice in California and the United States District Court, Eastern District of California.
